Parameters:

errorLog - used for reporting recoverable errors

serviceInterface - the main interface

filterInterface - the interface for filters

classFactory - for creating new classes

defaultBuilder - used to provide a placeholder terminator if no real terminator is supplied

servceId - of the service being assembled
